Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing. Every antique piece is handled with exceptional care to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship via Royal Mail and trusted couriers such as Evri, DPD, or UPS, depending on item size, value, and destination.

UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
We offer combined shipping for multiple purchases whenever possible - please contact us prior to checkout for an adjusted rate.
Customs & Import Responsibilities (International Orders)
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country.
Once an order leaves the United Kingdom, Antique Collectors Edinburgh cannot be held liable for items delayed, restricted, or seized by customs in the buyer’s country.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that the purchased item is eligible for import before placing an order.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the item arrived damaged or significantly not as described.

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assist in resolving the issue through a replacement (if available) or refund.
We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect delivery details provided during checkout.
Local Collection (Edinburgh, Scotland)
Local pickup may be arranged by prior agreement. Please contact us to schedule a suitable time.
